Consultation
In order to curate your wardrobe, we need to learn about you and your unique life! We will define your personal aesthetic, body type, and best colors for your skin tone.
The Edit
Your closet is a representation of you. It’s where we go in the morning to get ready for our day. Envision a space filled only with items you love and that work well for your lifestyle and body type. Using Onyx’s unique editing formula, your closet will be carefully curated and organized so you can effortlessly dress each day and get out the door in a timely and stylish manner.
Shopping
I go behind the scenes and find the perfect items for your wardrobe so you don’t have to keep making the same shopping mistakes. All items are thoughtfully selected for versatility, confidence, and ease when getting ready. Whether your title is CEO, Mom, or both, you deserve a closet that works hard for you and makes you feel your most stylish.
Styling
Get ready for the compliments to start pouring in! We incorporate the new items into your existing wardrobe and show you how to style your looks. We make sure all of your newly styled outfits fit you perfectly and evaluate whether alterations or exchanges are needed. You will feel empowered every day to dress in an outfit that makes you feel incredible with the help of your custom lookbook. You will never say again “I have nothing to wear.”. Your stylist will style out your new looks digitally so you always know exactly what to wear no matter the event or weather.

In-Home Styling Experience
Onyx gives our Portland-area clients the ultimate styling experience by bringing your own custom boutique to your own home. All of your newly styled wardrobe pieces will be brought to you, where you can try them on in the comfort of your home. We leave you with your own personalized virtual closet and lookbook. Your lookbook takes the guesswork out of getting dressed by showing you all of the ways you can wear your new items.
Virtual Styling Experience
We are grateful to be able to offer a luxurious styling experience virtually for anybody not in the immediate Portland area. All of your new wardrobe items will be sent to your personalized online closet, accompanied by your very own lookbook. Your lookbook takes the guesswork out of getting dressed by showing you all of the ways you can wear your new items.
A New Way to Shop: Shopping Guides by Onyx
With our monthly Shopping Guide subscription, a curated guide with links will be dropped to your email for easy shopping. We will show you how to wear the new pieces often in multiple ways! This is a great way to get a taste of working with Onyx without a one-to-one styling package. Not ready for a full monthly subscription? We have a month-to-month option with no commitment for you as well.

What clothing budget do I need to work with you?
We cater your shopping experience to your lifestyle and needs, including your budget. We do recommend a minimum clothing budget of $1K to get the most from your styling experience.
Do I have to live in Portland to get styled?
Onyx serves clients across the country virtually. You still get to enjoy each step of the Onyx process over Zoom and through your very own virtual closet.
Can you style me for my special event?
Absolutely! Reach out to us and we will create a customized package for you.
Do you work with petite and plus sizes?
We work with all body types and love each and every one of them.
How many looks do I get per season?
Since our styling process is so personalized, the number of looks can vary slightly depending on wardrobe needs and budget. However, on average you will receive eight to 10 looks per season.
What stores do you shop from?
The Onyx styling experience is highly customized to who we are styling. We shop from a variety of stores based on individual lifestyle needs, budget, and personal aesthetics.
